This membership entitles you to UNLIMITED day and overnight camping in your own recreational vehicle or tent at the perserves. You may stay at one preserve up to 14 consecutive nights at a time. If you stay at any preserve for more than four consecutive nights, you must wait for seven nights before you stay at any preserve. You may make reservations to use the preserves up to 90 days in advance of your intended date of arrival. Thousand Trails also offer Rental Cabins with this membership although not included in this membership should you like to stay in these cabins and if one is available you may rent one on your membership but at a discounted rate because of having this membership.

There is a one time transfer fee of $750 that would be paid by the buyer.
