Campground Memberships
Two lots available, side-by-side, in a private membership campground. These are lots are located at Gold Bar Nature Trails, Gold Bar, Washington – Lots 701 & 702 Moonbeam.
These two lots are just two of a handful that have this amazing view in conjunction with the quiet solitude. The first lot - has two buildings (one shed, and one fully finished with sliding doors) and a Mallard, 39-foot trailer, with a slide out. This trailer has no leaks, is fully functional and everything works. It has recently been updated to include new flooring, remodeled/larger bathroom with standard, taller sized toilet, regular refrigerator, fully stabilized, and back bunks were removed and two twin beds installed floor level – can easily be converted to an office space if you would be teleworking.
In progress is the cement skirting with access doors around the bottom of the trailer, and a metal roof on the fully finished (inside) out building. The second lot can comfortably house a 35–40-foot trailer and shed. Each lot has private electrical, water and septic. These will not be divided, and will only be sold together for $85,000.00
