This premium off-grid camper trailer is in great condition. Clean title. Selling because the tow vehicle was sold (3/4-ton diesel truck) and looking to downsize.
It's been used very lightly and is in great condition. Took it to Utah 3x (Moab once and Gooseberry Mesa twice) for 3-4 days each trip. And then used it as a home base for about 1 week/month over 6 months while working in North Carolina.
Besides one of the solar panels that is currently being replaced, Nothing else is broken or worn out that needs to be replaced or fixed.

It is built for 4 seasons with lightweight thermal acrylic windows. Block-insulated walls, fully-composite construction, and cold weather LP furnace. D-Ring recovery points and ten (10) roof-mounted solar panels. It sleeps 3 with the RV king bed & convertible dinette. It has a bathroom and shower, a 60-gallon fresh water tank and 60-gallon grey water tank, a 6.9-cubic-foot freezer/fridge, a dual-burner cooktop, and lots of storage space.
