The quarterly dues for this membership are about $146.74. Transfer fees are approx. $850 paid by the buyer to Mountain Lakes Member Services and are not part of the asking price. Mountain Lakes will perform this transfer of seller to buyer. A background check for current and potential buyers is performed for the safety of all.
Instant vacation access!! Mountain Lakes will perform transfer so this is completely transferred to the buyer. This is a very affordable way to take a family vacation. This membership is already PAID IN FULL since 2003, but we have moved out of state, so we seldom use it any more. This is NOT a “distressed sale.”
This membership has two transfers left after I sell it since I was the original purchaser. Legacy benefits even allow you to put your dues on hold for up to four years.
