I am the second owner of this motorhome. This home has been well maintained and is excellent condition. The interior is caramelized cherry, with ceramic tile and updated carpet. It has a two burner cook top with GE convection/microwave oven. Refrigerator is 3 door Fischer Paycal installed with Magnum MS 2012 inverter in 2014. New satellite dish installed 6/21. New 40" Samsung TV installed 6/21.Engle freezer in basement was updated in'21 . Spartan K-2 chassis, running gear and tires are all in excellent condition. Eight years of maintenance records are available, including annual engine oil analysis and factory updates. The coach is in Amarillo Texas. It may be seen by appointment. We have enjoyed this home very much, but have decided to slow down and downsize our travels. Additional photos can be sent by e-mail if requested. The unit is powered by a Cummins ISM 450/1550 engine. The bedroom features a king size Sleep Number bed. There are three Dometic Penguin AC/HP units on the roof, one original and two updated. There is an Aquahot diesel burner for endless hot water and interior heat when it's cold outside. The onboard 10 KW generator powers the unit when off the grid. The captain seats are leather as well as the two Lazyboy recliners.
