2011 Keystone Montana 347THT Toy Hauler fifth wheel. We are the second owners of this rig and have completely renovated the interior and transformed it from dreary brown to a bright, flowing living space ready for full time living or weekend getaways. The rig is in great condition – having been rigorously maintained over the past 2 and a half years.

The Montana features a Queen bed in the gooseneck area of the rig, mid living and kitchen with induction cooktop, and a multi-purpose toy hauler room in the back. The back room served as an office while full timing. Note that the toy hauler is not a full-width door at the rear of the unit. The door is about the width of a golf cart.

The bathroom vanity and shower were also completely replaced, opening up the space.

This fifth wheel is on the lighter side and does not require a dually. Fully loaded for RV living, a typical weight for us was around 12,800lbs.

Complete modernization of the interior, Removed all old flooring and carpet, Painted all walls, cabinets, and ceiling, New hardware and light fixtures throughout, Installed new luxury vinyl (waterproof) flooring throughout, Removed inoperable propane stove added induction cook-top & wire rack storage for microwave, Built custom entertainment center with hidden storage door, Built custom steps that lift up for hidden storage, Bamboo wood countertops installed, Farmhouse kitchen sink installed, Kitchen faucet has a filter for drinking water, New bath vanity: bamboo countertop and new sink, Refinished shower, New ceiling fan, Built-in induction cooktop sunk into countertop, Built in shelving added to closet for more storage , Replaced small dresser in bedroom with ikea wall cabinets for more storage / counter space.

Outside:
Removed all exterior decals, Refinished Rubber Roof, Replaced all trailer markers lights, Added lighted license plate holder, Replace tail lights, Replaced all market lights, Removed exterior decals, Replaced FloJet water pump in May 2020, New city water hoses December 2021, Replaced one propane tank in September 2021.

Besides a complete interior overhaul, we have invested in upgraded components and parts to make RV living comfortable. Some notable upgrades include (around $4,000 of upgrades alone).

Upgrades/Enhancements: Morrryde Rubber King Pin, External roof-mounted LTE+ WiFi as WAN antenna, Tankless Water Heater, Surgeguard Hardwired Surge Protector, Progressive industries 55amp Converter charger, MaxxAir Vent Maxx Fan with remote, Added sliding drawer in pass through storage, Added Lipper Step Above step to main entry door.

The most important upgrade was four brand new Goodyear Endurance Tires purchased in September 2021. The sale of this RV will also include: 50 amp shore power cord, sewer hoses, Clear Source water filtration system, city water hoses, back up camera + monitor for your truck, and RV caulks, sealants and other RV-specific parts, etc. that we no longer need.

I also have all of the original documentation we received as well as product manuals, etc. for every upgrade we made along the way.
